This is a spacious ground floor apartment situated right on the sea front! The uninterrupted views of the coast are truly magnificent through the tall windows in the lounge, the twin bedroom and the back door. You can access the beach by the private veranda and a few steps down. The apartment is traditionally furnished and is in easy reach of the golf courses, shops and restaurants in North Berwick.

The accommodation comprises of a lounge, day room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom

The bright and airy lounge is complete with 2 x 2 seater settees, armchair, full size colour television and video, dining table with seating for 6 people, dark wood occasional furniture and a traditional fireplace with gas fire. The focal point in this room is the view of the sea, the harbour, Fife coast and the islands Craigleith, and Lamb.

The kitchen is equipped with cabinets, a gas cooker, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and full complement of kitchen utensils.

There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, wardrobe and other furniture. The other room is a twin bedroom furnished with adult sized bed bunk beds a fitted wardrobe.

There is a functional day room with a two seater sofa, single divan bed, wardrobe and some chairs

The bathroom has a bath with overhead electric shower, wash-hand basin and toilet.
