For those who love traditional properties but enjoy

where at the bottom of the road you will find North Berwick's
East Bay stretched out before you. The apartment

of a luxury kitchen and refitted bathroom which includes
a bath with shower over.
Entering the main door into an ample hallway, doors
lead off and the first is into a large sitting room with
triple sash and case windows to the front. The room
is comfortably furnished with sofas and coffee table and
there is flat screen TV. One of the sofas converts
to a bed and in addition there is a futon, enabling family
groups to be accommodated in comfort. A large fireplace
provides a focal point whilst the gas central heating
will ensure warmth whatever the weather!
Off the kitchen is the newly fitted kitchen with Smeg
gas hob and electric oven, fridge with freezer box, slimline
dishwasher and all the usual electrical appliances, crockery,
cutlery and utensils. There is plenty of storage
space and the floor is fully tiled. The washing
machine is situated in a cupboard behind the kitchen.
The first doubled bedroom has a wrought iron bedstead
and pretty restored fireplace. The window faces
out to the back overlooking the gardens. The
bathroom next door was recently refurbished and a designer
white suite fitted, including bath and shower over, wc
and basin and natural light from a tall window.
The second double room has a white double bedstead and
a view across the back garden. There is a very large
walk in dressing room/cupboard with plenty of hanging
and shelving space. Off this bedroom there is a
further box room which can be used for office or storage
space and a door out to the back garden. This shared
space is laid to lawn with flower borders and is a sunny
place to relax after a busy day on the beach.
This property is great for couples and families who
seek a high standard of accommodation close to the beach
and also with the shops and cafes of town within an easy
stroll. While away the day exploring the coastline,
castles or countryside followed by a coffee or meal in
town. The train from North Berwick will take you
to Edinburgh city centre within 20 minutes where there
is wealth of culture and entertainment to keep even the
most energetic holidaymaker busy – one week just
won't be enough!
