A mere two minute walk takes you to the harbour, the new Scottish Sea Bird Centre, putting green, the West Links championship golf course, tennis courts, North Berwick town centre, and the East Beach.

The lounge/kitchen area is open-plan and overlooks the patio area and shared decking area which in turn overlooks the whole of the West Bay, islands, Firth of Forth, Fife and of course North Berwick’s picturesque harbour.

The kitchen is fitted with white base and wall kitchen units, a breakfast bar with 4 high stools , washing machine, electric hob and oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and full complement of kitchen utensils.

In the lounge area there are 2 settees, television with VCR, coffee table and other occasional furniture.
