Scottish Sea Bird Centre, putting green, the West Links championship golf

area is open-plan and overlooks the patio area and shared decking area
which in turn overlooks the whole of the West Bay, islands, Firth of Forth,
Fife and of course North Berwick’s picturesque harbour.

4 high stools , washing machine, electric hob and oven, fridge, microwave,
toaster, kettle and full complement of kitchen utensils.
In the lounge
area there are 2 settees, television with VCR, coffee table and other
