The
Hideaway is a ground level seaside apartment which has recently been tastefully
upgraded throughout and has been decorated using a seaside theme which
gives it a lovely seaside feel. The property is located just over the
road from the East Beach and the private garden to the rear leads directly
onto the putting green and tennis courts. A short walk takes you to the
harbour, the new Scottish Sea Bird Centre, North Berwick town centre,
and the East Beach. Golfers will find The Glen Golf Course nearby and
the famous West Links a 5 minute drive away at the other end of town.
The open-plan lounge/kitchen
area overlooks a secluded private garden with lawn and patio area. The
patio is furnished with a fantastic big wooden table with seating for
eight where you can enjoy our long summer evenings. There’s also a Mexican
style chiminea so that the outdoors can be enjoyed on cooler evenings.
The kitchen is fitted
with pretty blue base and wall kitchen units, washing machine, electric
hob and oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and a full complement
of kitchen utensils. The kitchen has a small table with chairs for indoor
dining.
In the lounge area
there are four easy chairs with a small coffee table, TV & DVD. The
games room comes equipped with a full sized snooker table, sofa and easy
chairs.
The double bedroom
has fitted wardrobes and enjoys attractive open views to the tennis courts
behind the property. The second bedroom is prettily furnished with twin
beds and a dresser. The bedrooms share a large attractive bathroom with
bath and electric power shower, wash-hand basin and WC.
