At the front of the house the property benefits from a lovely private south-facing garden with patio complete with table and chairs. At the back of the house the fairly extensive manicured gardens lead through a gate directly onto the West Links. Accessed from the lounge, there is a raised patio which is ideal for summer barbeques as one watches the sun setting across the water beyond the island of Fidra and the Paps of Fife.
