This
first floor apartment has three bedrooms and
is close to the centre of town while being just
a few minutes walk to the harbour and beach.
It has recently undergone a full modernisation
with the addition of a luxury bathroom and kitchen,
oak flooring throughout and full gas central
heating. The living accommodation includes a
large sitting/dining room, kitchen and three
bedrooms, a twin and two bunks, making it flexible
for families or singles.
Entering from the hallway into the lounge, this
room is flooded by light from two tall sash
and case windows. There is a traditional style
fireplace with living flame around which are
arranged comfortable armchairs and sofa. There
is a TV with Sky and DVD player. There is a
radio and CD player also for your entertainment.
To one end of the room is a wooden dining table
and seating for six.
Off the sitting room is the
large kitchen, recently refitted
with designer units, sleek
granite worktops and Belfast
sink. It is fully equipped
to ensure catering is stress
free and has a double Stoves
electric oven, separate gas
hob, large American style
fridge/freezer, dishwasher,
washer dryer, microwave and
the usual toaster, kettle etc.
The twin bedroom is decorated in soothing tones
and is light and bright having tall windows
looking to the front. Ample storage space is
available in the large wardrobes fitted along
one wall. There is a further bedroom at the
front of the property with bunk beds, which
has hanging space and a chest of drawers. There
is a third bedroom at the back of the property
with bunk beds and wardrobe.
The apartment boasts a large luxury bathroom
with deep roll top bath, double shower, sink
and wc with slate tiling to floor and walls.
There is a heated towel rail as well as under
floor heating and this bathroom is certain to
be a key attraction of this property.
Close by to the apartment are plenty of interesting
shops and cafes in the town centre of North
Berwick and just down the road is the harbour
with award winning Scottish Seabird Centre.
There is a wide sandy beach next to the harbour
which is very safe making it ideal for family
days out. The train goes directly from the town
into Edinburgh making a visit to the capital
city a pleasant day out.
We would recommend this property to anyone who
wishes to be at the centre of everything this
area has to offer, whether it be days on the
beach, roaming the countryside, sightseeing
in the city or playing golf. Quality Street
is a comfortable and relaxing place to stay,
however you chose to enjoy this beautiful part
of Scotland.
