This is a beautiful holiday home for a family or friends to relax and enjoy the stunning coastal scenery on the East Coast of Scotland. There are extensive views from the property of the West Links Golf Course and West Bay. Furthermore the property is within walking distance of the Marine Hotel with it’s modern health and leisure complex and close the harbour, shops and golf course that make North Berwick a popular holiday town.

This large house dates from the 1890s and has been sympathetically converted and is full of natural light; it has a walled garden of approximately 50 meters at the back with direct access to the golf course. The accommodation includes a sitting room, study, dining room, kitchen/dinner, cloakroom/utility, four double bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The front garden leads to the front entrance vestibule, from which there is a spacious reception hall with cloakroom/utility off. The sitting room has large windows overlooking the front gardens and features an ‘Adams’ style mantle and natural wooden flooring. It is freshly decorated and comfortably furnished, great for entertaining or relaxing. Next door is a study with windows on two sides.

The dining room is to the back with views of the fife coast and direct access to the garden. This to has an ‘Adams’ style mantle and is furnished with a traditional dining suite. The kitchen is also to the North with windows overlooking the gardens, the golf course and towards Craigleith Island. The kitchen features solid teak work surfaces, Belfast sink and there are integrated appliances including dishwasher and fridge. This kitchen has a table for casual dining.

There are four double sized bedrooms: the first has sea views and a fireplace with wooden mantel and slate hearth; it also has its own hand basin. The master is over 18 feet wide and has double windows to the front. This room has an open fire with wooden mantel and a hand basin. A third bedroom on this level faces to the back and has sea views. The bathroom on this level has a white suite and includes a large cast iron bath and shower fitment. There is a basin and WC and ceramic tiling to the floor.

Up on the next level there is a further double room which enjoys views of local landmark ‘North Berwick Law’ and has natural wooden floors. A further bathroom on this level has a white suite and ceramic floor tiling as well as views to the sea!
