This spacious apartment sleeping 10-12 is in the centre of town above the Quarterdeck Bar and has recently been fully renovated to offer luxury accommodation with sea views.  It would be ideally suited to two families sharing or groups of golfers, being within walking distance of the seaside and golf courses.

The accommodation is situated on two floors and has five twin bedrooms, although two of these could be made to doubles if required having zip and link beds.  The apartment has stripped floor boards and is decorated in calming neutral tones complemented by tasteful accessories and furnishings.

The sitting room is large with feature fireplace and furnished with comfortable leathers sofas (one coverts to sofabed), and has a TV, DVD and Freeview for guests’ entertainment.  There are sea views to the front window with a seating area and table from which to enjoy refreshments while taking in the view.

There is a large kitchen dining room which is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster and all the usual kitchen utensils.  The large pine dining table at the other end of the room can comfortably seat eight.  The owner can provide catering on request.

The bedrooms are all good sizes with drawer and wardrobe space and on the first floor the rooms have seats in the window from where one can relax and admire the sea views.

The property has a shower room on the lower floor with enclosed power shower, wc and wash hand basin. On the upper floor there is a superb spa style bathroom which has been designed for luxury with walk in shower, bath, basin and wc.

Outside, there is a private garden for use by guests.  Parking is available for up to two cars. The shops and restaurants are on your doorstep and the award winning Scottish Seabird Centre is reached by a 5-10 minute walk along the beach.  The nearby train station in North Berwick offers a direct service into Edinburgh, making it easy to visit the historic city.
