This
is a lovely detached villa set in beautiful mature gardens in a quiet
residential location in Gullane. It is within easy walking distance of
the Gullane village shops, golf courses and beach.
The accommodation

Ground Floor
There is an attractive
lounge with a large picture window overlooking the garden. It’s comfortably

occasional furniture. A second smaller lounge furnished with a 2-seater
settee, TV and piano overlooks the front garden. The new maple MFI kitchen
with laminate wooden floor is fully equipped with electric stainless steel
double oven, halogen electric hob, and integrated dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
