This beautiful country cottage is in Gullane on the edge of Goose Green and just a stroll from the sandy beach, Village Shops, Restaurants and local golf courses. The front of the house is paved leading to a pretty cottage garden with roses around the front door.

Newly completed and totally renovated this cottage has warmth and character, offering luxurious accommodation for up to 6-8 guests with three bedrooms and a study with sofa bed.

Entering into the hallway to the left there is a double en suite bedroom with views to the front across the pretty garden and over Goose Green. The en suite bathroom is fully tiled with high quality shower, toilet and hand basin.

To the right is a cosy study with wood burning stove and comfy seating - this room also has a quality sofa bed for extra guests. Again the window overlooks the gardens and Goose Green.

The family bathroom has an impressive roll top bath, hand basin and toilet and a sunpipe gives natural light to the room.

The Open Plan sitting room is oak floored with a corner sofa and TV, DVD etc. It is a very bright room with a part glass ceiling and feature window which looks out to the back garden which is gently terraced with wooden decking, flower beds and vegetable patch. Adjoining the sitting room is the kitchen/dining area which features 18th century beams, an Aga stove, wonderful large Aga Fridge and traditional butler sink.
