The following terms are bound to the service we provide, to avoid any complications, we ask that you read and understand them before requesting accommodation with us. If you have any questions or queries regarding any of these terms, please do dot hesitate to contact us.

1. Access to each apartment must be on or after 4pm on the day of arrival.

2. We ask that all apartments are vacated by 10am on day of departure.

3. Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday, but we will accept shorter lets out of season.

4. During the winter season, longer lets of 6 months can be arranged, please contact us prior to booking to confirm a long lease.

5. Bed linen is provided.

6. There are telephones for incoming and emergency calls only.

7. Transport can be arranged from North Berwick railway station to the apartments.

8. Prices range from £180 - £1,000 per week, depending on season. For current prices, please contact us.
