Situated in a prime position overlooking the famous Meia Praia beach, which is the longest sandy beach in the Algarve, these identical apartments are a mere 5 minute drive from the centre of the old walled town of Lagos. The privately owned apartments are in a small elite complex with electric security gates, private parking and internal lifts. The windows all have panoramic sea views and the apartments remain relatively cool in the heat of the day as they have the advantage of the traditional Portuguese tiled floors.

Accommodation

The airy lounge is tastefully furnished with a 2 seater settee, matching armchair, coffee tables, Sky television and other occasional furniture. There is also a bed settee, which is of the stacking system, and forms 2 single beds. Sliding doors access the balcony which is furnished with a white wrought iron table and chairs.

The bright, spacious eating kitchen, with its lovely white units and natural granite worktops, is equipped to a high standard and is complete with an attractive solid wood dining table & 6 matching chairs. There is a fridge/freezer, built-in hob and oven/grill, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster and other kitchen utensils together with an ironing board, iron etc. A glass door also accesses the balcony.

The twin bedroom, with fitted wardrobes, also enjoys the wonderful sea views. All bed linen and towels are provided except beach towels. The bathroom is furnished with a white suite comprising a Jacuzzi bath with overhead shower, wash hand basin, bidet and toilet.

There is free use of the swimming pool, kiddies pool (both set in secluded landscaped gardens) and tennis court

Marina De Lagos is a short 5 minute walk and a 15 minute walk takes you into the centre of Lagos with its warren of cobbled streets where you will find restaurants and bars catering for all tastes.
